1988 – 1995

Challenging beginnings

In the early days, when the legal framework was still underdeveloped and the concept of “intellectual property” remained unfamiliar to many businesses, INVESTIP boldly pioneered a new path by providing trademark, patent, and industrial design registration services to the first companies in Vietnam. This was the foundation-laying phase, where actions also contributed to shaping future policies.

1996 – 2005

Breakthroughs driven by expertise

As Vietnam entered the WTO and joined international treaties, INVESTIP expanded its operations, building a strong team of IP experts and lawyers. Simultaneously, it developed a global partner network to effectively support IP registration and protection activities both domestically and internationally.

2006 – 2015

Establishing a leading national position

With the boom of startups and the wave of foreign investment, INVESTIP has become a trusted legal partner for many FDI enterprises and multinational corporations, particularly in the fields of technology, pharmaceuticals, food, and agricultural products.

2016 – 2024

Strong transformation – Reaching global horizons

Beyond maintaining its core services, INVESTIP accelerated digital transformation in file management and client interaction, enhancing service experience. The firm became a strategic partner in projects supporting localities in branding agricultural products, traditional crafts, and geographical indications.
