Leading INVESTIP’s presence in this year’s rankings are Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang and Mr. Nguyen Trong Tu, both of whom have once again earned their status as IP STARS. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang, Deputy General Director and Director of the Patent Department, has been recognized as a Patent Star for the 13th consecutive year, which is an extraordinary milestone reflecting his enduring leadership and excellence in patent prosecution over more than a decade. Whereas, Mr. Nguyen Trong Tu, Deputy General Director and Director of the Trademark & Enforcement Department, continues his recognition as a Trademark Star for the third consecutive year, a distinction well earned through his consistent expertise and leadership in trademark and enforcement practice.
Ms. Do Tuyet Nhung once again secures her place in the rankings as a Rising Star, reaffirming her position among the next generation of intellectual property (IP) leaders in the region. Her recognition reflects her exceptional drive, technical depth, and growing reputation in Vietnam’s IP market. Adding to this year’s celebrations, INVESTIP is exceptionally proud to witness Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Na making her debut entry into the IP STARS individual rankings as a Rising Star. Through her deep knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine dedication to client success, Ms. Le Na has quickly established herself as a highly capable and trusted practitioner in the IP field.
