Mr. Bui Xuan Khanh is a law graduate. Before joining INVESTIP, he had experience working at the Court, which gave him many litigation skills and the ability to research dispute resolution methods. In 2022, Mr. Khanh officially joined INVESTIP and took on tasks related to enforcing Intellectual Property rights, resolving disputes, complaints, and unfair competition related to Intellectual Property rights on Trademarks, Trade Names, Copyrights, Industrial Designs and Domain Names.
