– Lawyer Training Course – Judicial Academy

– Advanced Intellectual Property Training Course – Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IPVN)

Experience:

Before joining INVESTIP, Ms. Linh was a senior specialist and held a key role at another industrial property representative organization. Since starting her work in industrial property in 2011, she has gained extensive experience in the establishment and enforcement of trademark rights, including trademark registration, opposition, appeals, termination, cancellation, refusal of international trademark registrations, and trademark infringement handling.
