Ms. Nhung is a registered Industrial Property Attorney specializing in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Biological, and Biotechnological, etc. as well as Law.

Educational Background:

Ms. Nhung graduated from Hanoi Open University – Biotechnology Faculty; Hanoi University – English language Faculty; and Hanoi Law University. She also completed the Lawyer Training Course organized by the Judicial Academy. Further, Ms. Nhung also obtained an Industrial Property Attorney Certificate.

Experience:

With 17 years of extensive experience in intellectual property, Ms. Nhung is a registered Industrial Property Attorney specializing in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Biological arts, as well as IP Law. Beyond her expertise in the life sciences, she also manages matters in other diverse technical fields. She graduated with Distinction in Biotechnology from Hanoi Open University before earning her law degree from Hanoi Law University. Her professional journey began as an Assistant Researcher at the Institute of Biological and Food Technology, followed by three years as a Patent Specialist at Banca IP Firm, where she managed a wide range of patent and design matters. Since joining INVESTIP in 2012 and serving as the Deputy Director of the Patent Department since 2018, Ms. Nhung has expertly handled nearly a thousand IP cases, focusing on patent drafting, strategic applications, prosecution and the resolution of disputes such as opposition, invalidation, etc. across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Her excellence has been recognized by IAM Patent 1000 as a World’s Leading Patent Professional (2024–2025) and as a Rising Star (2025) by Managing IP.
