Ms. Huỳnh Phương Vy officially joined INVESTIP as a Trademark Assistant. At INVESTIP, she is responsible for professional tasks in the field of intellectual property both in Vietnam and internationally, including: consulting and conducting trademark availability searches; handling trademark registration, renewal, assignment, and licensing; drafting, filing, and following up on responses to examination notices from the Intellectual Property Office/Authorities. Additionally, she provides advice on oppositions to the grant of protection titles and carries out copyright registration procedures for various types of works.
