Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngoc is a qualified attorney and a member of the Hanoi Bar Association, as well as a registered Intellectual Property Representative with over 20 years of experience in legal consultancy and intellectual property. He joined INVESTIP in 2000 and currently serves as Deputy General Director and Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Experience:

Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngoc has 20 years of experience in legal consultancy and development projects. He began his career at INVESTIP’s Investment & Business Consultancy Department in 2000 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Head of the department in 2015. He provides consultancy services in areas such as market research, trade promotion, franchising, construction and development projects, legal contracts, and technology transfer. He has established strong working relationships with various government agencies and organizations in Vietnam.

In addition to his work in legal consultancy, Mr. Ngoc is also highly experienced in intellectual property matters, particularly in the registration and enforcement of IP rights, dispute resolution, complaints, and issues of unfair competition. His expertise covers trademarks, trade names, copyrights, industrial designs, and domain names.
