Educational Background:

Ms. Phuong Oanh graduated from the Faculty of Biotechnology – Pharmacology, University of Science and Technology of Hanoi. She also holds a certificate in Intellectual Property issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam.

Experience:

After graduating, Ms. Phuong Oanh worked on the project “Functional diversification of rice structural-related genes” under LMI-Rice, IRD (Institut de recherche pour le développement). She then began her career in the field of intellectual property at Le&Le Company, where her main duties involved patent and trademark prosecution. Later, she worked for ACTIP Co., Ltd. as a Patent Specialist, handling patent registrations in Vietnam. Currently, Ms. Phuong Oanh works as a Patent Specialist in the Patent Department at INVESTIP.
