Experience:
Ms. Hai Yen achieved her first Bachelor of Arts in the International Professional English program at the School of Foreign Language, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and her second Bachelor of Arts in the International Commercial Law program at Hanoi Law University. With nearly 10 years of experience, she is currently in the post of Deputy Director of the Trademark Department. She is in charge of performing a variety of specialized tasks related to the establishment, maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam and other countries, including but not limited to Trademarks and Copyrights consultancy, search, registration, assignment, amendment, licensing, renewal of validity of trademark registrations, opposition, appeal, cancellation and settlement of trademark infringements.
