Experience:
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Tra has started working in the IP field since 2020 and officially joined INVESTIP in 2023 as one of Trademark Specialist under Litigation and Enforcement department. Ms. Tra has broad experience in IP establishment, especially, Copyright and Trademarks in Vietnam. In addition, Ms. Tra also passed the intensive training course on intellectual property organized by NOIP. Ms. Tra is currently in charge of tasks relating establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights, resolving disputes, opposition and unfair competition related to intellectual property rights of Trademarks, Trade Names, Copyrights and Domain Names.
