Education:
Ms. Huong graduated from Hanoi University of Technology, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Major in English for Science, Technique and Technology in 2006, and then completed Bachelor’s degrees of External Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University and Law from Ho Chi Minh city University of Law.
She also completed the IP Training Course of Vietnam IP Office and obtained Certificate of IP Agent.
Experience:
Joining INVESTIP Ho Chi Minh City since 2012, with an intensive and extensive experience of IP matters, Ms. Huong provides clients with legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters, including but not limited to trademark registration and search, licensing and assignment, renewal and amendment, appeal and opposition, cancellation and invalidation procedures in Vietnam and other international jurisdictions.
