Experience:
In 2023, Ms. Vu Le Vy officially joined INVESTIP as an enforcement assisstant. Ms. Vy is currently in charge of drafting and filing responses for the provisional refusal against the international registration designating Vietnam; consulting cancellation and invalidation cases; enforcing intellectual property rights; assisting other associates/ attorneys in handling related cases.
