Education: Ms. Phuong Oanh graduated from University of Science and Technology of Hanoi – Bachelor of Biotechnology – Pharmacology. She also obtained the Certificate of IP Training Course of the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IPVN).
Experience:
After graduation, Ms. Phuong Oanh worked on the project “Functional diversity of genes involved in rice panicle architecture” of LMI-Rice, IRD (Institut de recherche pour le développement).
After that, she started to work in the field of Intellectual Property in the firm Le & Le IP Limited with the main duty of patent and trademark prosecution. Then, she worked in ACTIP IP Limited as a Patent Specialist in charge of patent registration in Vietnam. Currently, Ms. Phuong Oanh has worked at the Patent Department of INVESTIP as a Patent Specialist.
