On 1 September 2025, Managing IP – one of the most prestigious annual guides recognising the world’s leading IP firms and practitioners – released the shortlists for the 20th Managing IP Asia-Pacific Awards. These shortlists highlight outstanding firms, companies, and individuals across the Asia-Pacific region. INVESTIP is proud to once again be shortlisted among the leading IP firms in Vietnam.
The Managing IP Awards are based on extensive research, including interviews, emails, and surveys with thousands of firms, IP practitioners, and their clients. All data and analysis are carefully and professionally assessed by the research team to ensure a precise and objective evaluation.
Accordingly, this year, INVESTIP has been honoured with nominations for Vietnam Firm of the Year – National Category. Notably, INVESTIP is one of only three firms nominated in both the patent and trademark categories, standing out among five nominees in patents and eight in trademarks. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Hilton Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, on 6 November 2025.
Over the years, INVESTIP has consistently earned recognition from Managing IP and other leading magazines in the field. Our firm has been ranked as a Tier 2 Firm for Patent Practice for five consecutive years from 2021 to 2025 by Managing IP, as Vietnam Patent Firm of the year (2024) by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) and World Trademark Review (WTR) magazines and as a Gold Firm in Vietnam in the IAM Patent 1000 two years in a row from 2024 to 2025. In particular, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang – Deputy General Director, Partner, and Director of the Patent Department – has been recognised as an IP Star for 12 consecutive years, spanning from 2014 to 2025, by Managing IP.
