Mr. Duc Khuong is an IP expert/ licensed lawyer who has more than 15-year experience in IP and practicing law.

– Intellectual Property Laws and Expertise Course – National University
– Lawyer Training Course – Judicial Academy
Experience:
Mr. Tang Duc Khuong has broad experience in IP protection, especially Copyright, Design, Trademark registration and Litigation. These include appeal, opposition and cancellation practices before the Vietnamese National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP). He also has extensive practical experience in providing advices on unfair competition law and enforcement of IP infringement.
